• The Client acknowledges and agrees that a verbal confirmation, including acceptance via a phone call, constitutes a legally binding agreement to the terms outlined in this document.

• MaxFlow Traffic Control will document and confirm all verbal agreements with a follow-up summary sent to the Client.
